CANary used to be a simple script which could be installed on a webserver to make an instant filelocker. It allowed for convenient web-interface upload of a file, and generation of a link to retrieve that file, together with a bare minimum of security measures.

I have now removed and abandoned this utility - it always had some security issues, and was simply inelegent internally. I've advanced considerably in skill since then. Should you want something of similar functionality, I suggest the use of a one-page IPFS insertion utility I created, which can be found at IPFS Qmd2jKm99A2pJucn58xg5nGVRtUuNgSpiZ3jjdL39Bw95V. It's simple to install - you need only install IPFS and enable the PUT method in the configuration file.
